location.YoucanmanuallysettheconnectionpathtoPast

Track.

2 SettheportselectionforyourGPSdevice.Thisis

doneautomaticallyinthePastTrackprogram,butyoucan

settheportfortroubleshootingpurposes.

3 Setdatafiltersforyourindividualneeds.Youcan

changethevariousfiltersforyourdeviceifnecessary,butit

isbesttoleavethedefaultsettings.

4 FileOpen/Savedialog.Thissettingisalsousedfor

troubleshootingandisbestleftunchecked.

5 YoucansetthesamplingrateatwhichyourGPS

devicerecordsdata.Defaultis1second.Maximumsampling

rateis5seconds.

6 InPowerSavingMode,ourGPSdevicegoestosleep

after2minutestoextendbatterylife.YoucandisablePower

Savingmodeifyouwouldlikeyourdevicetorecord

continuously.NOTE:Disablingthepowersavingmodewill

drasticallyreducethebatterylifeasthedevicewillnolonger

gotosleep.


