Solution:Thereisnotenoughrecordeddata.Ifthereareonly1or2datapointsrecorded,Past‐Track

softwarecannotdownloadthedata.TakethedeviceforatestdriveandmakesurethattheGPSlightis

flashing.Driveforatleastafewminutesandtrytodownloadagain.



HowdoIgetPast‐Tracktorecognizethedriversforthekey?

Solution:IfthedriversfortheTrackingKeyareinstalledcorrectlyonyourcomputer,youmayneedto

assignthedriversinthePast‐Tracksoftware.

• First,verifythatthedriversareinstalledcorrectlyinWindows.InsertthekeyintotheUSBport.

• OpenDeviceMangerbyopeningyourstartmenuandright‐clicking

‘Computer’in

Vista/Windows7orright‐clickingthe‘MyComputer’icononyourdesktopinXP,andthenselect

‘Manage’

VistaDisplayXPDisplay



• ThiswillopenyourComputerManagementscreen.Double‐clickonDeviceManager.Clickthe+

signnexttoPortstodisplaythedriversforthekey.

• ThedriversfortheTrackingKeyshoulddisplayasfollowswiththeDeviceManager/Portsscreen

open.NotetheCOMportnumber.


